At Paradise Agency Bali, we strive to provide unforgettable experiences across Bali’s most iconic destinations. Before booking any of our private tours, adventure activities, or custom packages, please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. These guidelines ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable journey for all our guests while highlighting booking policies, payment procedures, cancellation rules, and safety standards.

Whether you are planning a private tour, exploring Nusa Penida, enjoying adventurous activities, or simply discovering Bali’s hidden gems, our Terms & Conditions provide clarity and help you enjoy a seamless travel experience.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Guests can secure any tour or activity with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the tour.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 48 hours prior to the tour for a full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-show will result in forfeiture of deposit.

3. Minimum Booking

  • Most tours require a minimum of 2 persons. Some activities may have higher participant requirements.

4. Tour Changes

  • Paradise Agency Bali reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Guests will be notified in advance.

5.  Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for personal belongings, travel insurance, and following the guide’s instructions during activities.

6. Liability 

  • Paradise Agency Bali is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage caused by negligence or accidents during tours or activities.

7. Child & Age Policy 

  • Certain tours or activities may have age, height, or health restrictions. Guests should check details before booking.

8. Special Requests

  • Requests such as dietary requirements, extra stops, or special accommodations must be informed prior to booking.

9. Behavior & Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully, follow local customs, and comply with safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in termination of the tour without refund.

10. Insurance

  • Guests are encouraged to have personal travel insurance. Paradise Agency Bali provides activity insurance where applicable.

11. Force Majeure

  • Paradise Agency Bali is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
